Interpeak support is available through email and is normally attended
at office hours (8 AM to 5 PM), Swedish time (GMT+1) Monday to Friday.
We normally respond within two working days.
Most Interpeak strategic partners also provide first-line support
for our products. Please use the following links if you have purchased
our products through a partner.
When submitting a support request, the following information is
very useful to us:
- Your name and the company you are working for.
- A description of the host environment.
- A description of the target system.
- Operating system name and version.
- A list with name and version of the Interpeak products.
- The console output from boot to the problem occurred (IP_DEBUG
enabled).
- A description of the question or problem.
