When submitting a support request, the following information is very useful to us:

  • Your name and the company you are working for.
  • A description of the host environment.
  • A description of the target system.
  • Operating system name and version.
  • A list with name and version of the Interpeak products.
  • The console output from boot to the problem occurred (IP_DEBUG enabled).
  • A description of the question or problem.
